The Partition of Africa (between 1881 and 1914) aka The Scramble for Africa aka New Imperialism is rarely discussed and often glossed over (for obvious reasons).
The similarities between African partition and subcontinental Indian partition are scary and show a shared history at the hands of Colonization.
