The Bridge Back Home: Healing Uganda at 50 // is a thought-provoking media project exploring the nuances of Ugandan identity.
On the fiftieth anniversary of the expulsion of Ugandan Asians, we believe this significant historical moment is still vastly underrepresented in academic and public discourse.
We hope that these new perspectives, which speak to the elephant in the room — will help dismantle anti-Blackness and Indophobia within our communities and allow our communities to heal.
